Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Modification Window: Customers are allowed to cancel or modify their bookings for the golf simulator up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, customers must notify us via email, phone call, or through our online booking system at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. Refund Policy: Cancellation within the 24-hour Window: If a booking is canceled within the 24-hour window, the customer will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. Any cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees. Late Cancellation or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full booking fee will be charged to the customer. Modification Policy: Customers can modify their booking details, such as changing the date or time, up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, subject to availability. Exceptions: Emergency Situations: In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness), we understand that cancellations might be necessary. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion upon verification of the emergency situation. Technical Issues: If there are technical issues with the golf simulator or our facilities that prevent the booked session from taking place, we will either provide an alternative booking slot or issue a full refund, according to the customer's preference. Extreme Weather Conditions: In the event of extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk or make it impractical to use the golf simulator, customers may cancel their bookings without penalty. We will issue a full refund or reschedule the booking, depending on availability. By making a booking with us, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.
