1) Booking Terms
Cancellation and Modification Window: Customers are allowed to cancel or modify their bookings for the golf simulator up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
Cancellation Process: To cancel a booking, customers must notify us via email, phone call, or through our online booking system at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Refund Policy:

Cancellation within the 24-hour Window:

If a booking is canceled within the 24-hour window, the customer will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees.

Any cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees.

Late Cancellation or No-Show:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full booking fee will be charged to the customer.

Modification Policy: Customers can modify their booking details, such as changing the date or time, up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, subject to availability.

Emergency Situations:

In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sudden illness), we understand that cancellations might be necessary. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion upon verification of the emergency situation.

Technical Issues:

If there are technical issues with the golf simulator or our facilities that prevent the booked session from taking place, we will either provide an alternative booking slot or issue a full refund, according to the customer's preference.

Extreme Weather Conditions:

In the event of extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk or make it impractical to use the golf simulator, customers may cancel their bookings without penalty. We will issue a full refund or reschedule the booking, depending on availability.

By making a booking with us, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy. We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to customers via email or through our website.

2) Membership Terms
​
Terms and Conditions for 12-Month Monthly Golf Simulator Membership
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the 12-month monthly membership for the use of golf simulator facilities ("Membership") provided by 4 Golf Simulators limited ("Company"). By enrolling in the Membership, you ("Member") agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Term
The Membership is a fixed 12-month commitment, starting from the date of enrolment.
The Membership is billed monthly and cannot be cancelled or terminated during the 12-month term except under the conditions outlined in these terms.

2. Monthly Membership Fee and Payment
The monthly membership fee is [insert amount], payable by direct debit only. Members must provide valid direct debit information at the time of enrolment.
Payment will be automatically debited on the 1st or last working day of each month for the duration of the 12-month term.
Failure to make payments when due will result in suspension of membership privileges until full payment is made.

3. Debt Collection
In the event of non-payment, the Member will receive a reminder to settle the outstanding balance. If the balance is not paid within 30 days, the account will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
Any additional fees or charges incurred using a debt collection agency will be the responsibility of the Member.

4. Cancellation and Get-Out Clause
The Membership cannot be cancelled during the 12-month term except for medical reasons. A Member may cancel the Membership early only by providing official proof of a serious medical condition that prevents the continued use of the golf simulator. The proof must come from a licensed medical professional, and the Company reserves the right to verify the documentation.
Upon approval of the medical condition, the Member’s contract will be terminated without further fees.
5. Temporary Suspension for Physical Injury
Members may request a temporary suspension of their Membership if they experience a physical injury that prevents them from using our golf simulators. To qualify for a suspension, the Member must provide a valid medical certificate or doctor’s note specifying the nature of the injury and the expected recovery period.

The suspension period will be limited to the recovery time stated in the medical documentation, with a maximum suspension period of 6 months.
During the suspension, monthly payments will be paused, and the Membership term will be extended accordingly.

6. Use of Facilities
The Membership entitles the Member to access the golf simulator facilities during normal business hours, subject to availability.
Reservations are required for the use of the simulators. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Members must cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties, such as loss of session or possible fines as subject to our usual bookings terms and conditions.

7. Member Conduct
Members are required to follow all facility rules and guidelines while using the golf simulators.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s access to the facility without refund in cases of rule violations, misuse of equipment, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Health and Safety
The Member acknowledges that the use of the golf simulator may involve physical activity. The Member assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment and facilities.
The Company is not responsible for any injury or health issues resulting from the use of the golf simulator facilities.

9. Facility Availability
The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the golf simulators are available during operating hours. However, the Company cannot always guarantee the availability of the simulators due to maintenance, private events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Members will be notified in advance of any temporary closures whenever possible.

10. Transferability
The Membership is non-transferable. Only the named individuals on the Membership account may use the golf simulator facilities.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
By enrolling in the Membership, the Member agrees to the collection, processing, and use of personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. The Company will not share Members' personal information with third parties without consent unless required by law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the Membership after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

15. Platinum membership fair usage Policy
Platinum policy is subject to fair usage hours. Max usage per day of opening is 3 hours.
